Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription & Payment

Nitro App offers subscription-based access to premium content. Plans are available in monthly, quarterly, and other durations as listed in the App. All payments are processed via UPI Autopay.

By subscribing, you authorise a recurring UPI Autopay mandate that debits the subscription fee from your linked bank account at the start of each billing cycle.

Trial Plan

New users can start with a 1-day trial. You pay &rupee;1 to begin the trial — this &rupee;1 is refunded, so the trial is effectively free.

• During the trial, you get full access to all premium features.
• If you cancel during the trial period, no further amount will be charged.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected paid plan (monthly, quarterly, etc.) will activate automatically, and the full subscription fee will be debited via UPI Autopay.

Trial duration and plan pricing may change over time — please check the latest details in the app before subscribing.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• In the App: Settings → Manage Subscription → Cancel
• Via your UPI app: Revoke the Nitro autopay mandate in Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or whichever UPI app you use
• By email: Write to support@revisionapp.in

Once cancelled, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes:

• Charges debited after the trial period ended because the subscription was not cancelled in time.
• Recurring charges on each billing cycle.
• Partial or non-use of the App during an active subscription.

Exception: If you were charged due to a technical error (e.g., double debit or charge after cancellation), write to support@revisionapp.in with your name, UPI transaction ID, and date of transaction. We will review and resolve it within 7 business days.
