1. What is the 'Nitro' app?
Nitro app is a new and fun way to prepare for competitive exams. You simply watch reels on the topics of your exam and learn.
2. How do I create an account?
Download the app, tap "Sign Up," and enter your phone number. You'll receive an OTP to verify your phone number. Fill the OTP, tell us what exams and subjects you are interested in. Voila! You are ready to learn.
3. Is the app free to use?
Yes! The app is completely free right now. We'll be introducing a paid plan in the future, and you'll be notified well in advance before any changes affect your experience.

4. What subjects and exams can I learn on the app?
Right now we are covering all subjects for Bank PO, SSC, Railway, RRB and allied exams. These subjects are — Quantitative aptitude, Verbal and Non verbal Reasoning, General Awareness, Computer Awareness, Banking Awareness, Data Interpretation. We have also provided lessons on how to speak English.
5. How do video lessons work?
Each lesson is a short, focused video you can watch at your own pace. You can continue scrolling through these lessons on your feed. While watching the video lessons, you will keep getting checkpoints at periodic intervals.
6. What are Checkpoints?
Checkpoint is a question that tests your retention on the last 5 video lessons that you watched. They help reinforce what you've learned in a fun, interactive way. If you answer the checkpoint question wrong the related video lesson is added to your rewatch list.
7. What is the Session goal?
The session goal is a fixed target and is completed when you watch 5 lessons in a day. It is a way to continue practicing daily even for the smallest time.
8. What are streaks?
A streak counts how many consecutive days you've completed your session goal. To keep your streak alive, come on the app daily and hit your session goal by watching 5 video lessons.

9. Can I change my username or profile details?
Yes, go to your Profile tab and tap "Edit Profile" to update your name, photo, or other details.
10. Will I lose my progress if I uninstall the app?
No — your progress is saved to your account, so reinstalling and logging back in will restore everything.
