Aleph Edutainment Pvt Ltd shall acknowledge the receipt of a grievance within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving it, and a unique ticket number shall be issued to track the status of the grievance. The Grievance Officer shall address the grievance and communicate the decision within fifteen (15) days of receipt.

16. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and any other applicable data protection legislation.
